A luck WonderKing build kinda sucks, nowhere near as good as people think it is. And no Dex isn’t useless when you went from a Dex to Luck build. Here you can get the cheapest wk zed. You lost a couple thousand damage each hit on average, it was inconsistent damage as well. One hit would not even be 2k then next 4k, it was a big difference in general.
Never tested a Wis build but you do not see how it would help a huge amount. It is a viable option you guess, but Dex isn’t useless, and Luck isn’t worth it
Edit: You should do in fact, which misses a ton with a luck build even with an orange glove for hit. You were fighting things about 14 lvl(WonderKing powerleveling) higher than you and missed quite a bit. Resulting in even more loss of damage. Thanks for your reading.

Here are some Stats for
WonderKing archers: Well from a Gunner who tested Dex and Luck around lvl 100 with a stat reset. You could have a Orange Gun that gave 50 Crit, Gunners get Sharp Bullet which does what Natures Arrow does, and you had Optical Vision that adds another 45 Crit at lvl 5(
WonderKing powerleveling).
And you didn’t crit anywhere near enough to do the damage a Dex build, which does the crit rate truly blows, you should seriously doubt a Luck Build for an Archer would beat out Dex, when a Gunner who does not only get Crit Damage boosting moves, but gets Crit rate boosting moves. How to set Custom Resolution in Shaiya and you can enjoy Shaiya Money:
1-Find your Shaiya folder.
2-In that folder you need to open the file named CONFIG.INI with a word processor like notepad or wordpad. Make a backup copy before editing in case you mess something up, if so, just delete the messed up file and replace with your backup.
3-You then look at the top and you’ll easilly see the resolution configuration.
4-Change the numbers to your needs. Here you can get the most secure Shaiya powerleveling.
5-Save your changes and close the file.
6-Start the game, voil!
Important: Do not go over your monitors max resolution, and do not input settings you do not know about, the game already offers some good resolution choices if you’re not familiar with editing anything. Thanks for your reading. Hope it could help you more or less.
